We celebrated St Patrick’s day with an Irish lamb casserole and a selection of snacks, cakes and biscuits. We had a full house and everyone had a great time.

To celebrate St David’s day we prepared a selection of Welsh foods, from lamb cawl (lamb and root vegetables soup) to welshcakes (pice ar y maen – cakes on the stone). We had a full house and everyone had a great time.
